The Leadership Foundation
The Leadership Foundation provides a dedicated service of support and advice on leadership, governance and management for all the UK's universities and higher education colleges.
The Knowledge Exchange Leadership Programme is a new and innovative response to the development needs of a range of high-level professionals in Higher Education, Research Councils, RDA's, NHS Innovation Hubs, public and private sector organisations charged with driving knowledge exchange including technology transfer, innovation, research and enterprise development and employer engagement. The programme has been developed by the Leadership Foundation with the support of AURIL, IKT, and ARMA in response to research which highlighted the need to increase key leadership competencies within the sector. IKT welcomes the programme as an exciting new initiative.

The Training Gateway
The Training Gateway is the ‘one-stop shop’ from which to source corporate, vocational and executive training from UK Universities. It provides easy and direct access to named coordinators in every UK University, who offer a wide range of high quality training and development services.

The Leadership, Enterprise and Economic Development (LEED) Unit, Cardiff Business School
The Leadership, Enterprise and Economic Development (LEED) Unit is an established leadership centre within the Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University, focused on the design and delivery of practical leadership and management development programmes based on original research.
LEED conduct a wide variety of large and small research and consultancy projects for public and private sector clients with a focus on Organisational Performance, Management and Leadership Development, Training and Economic Development.
The programme combines a stimulating mix of opportunities for heightened self awareness, exposure to new perspectives and disciplined action learning with an ethos of ‘making a difference’ by creating synergy between individual and organisational development.
The LEED Unit has particular expertise in the design and delivery of bespoke leadership development programmes using leading edge delivery methods such as interactive workshops, personal coaches, action learning sets and psychometric appraisals.
